As a TTEC employee, you have a number of benefits available to you if you are traveling for the company. Here’s a guide:
- Use Cigna Health Medical Benefits Abroad (MBA) for assistance with unexpected illnesses or injuries.
- AIG’s Business Travel Guard Global Assistance Services are available if you encounter any issues, large or small, while traveling.
- International SOS helps you with medical, security, travel and emergency assistance before and during your travel.
Cigna Health Medical Benefits Abroad (MBA)
With Cigna Global Health Benefits, you’re covered for unexpected injuries and illnesses that may occur while you’re on an international business trip. Your benefits go with you wherever your travel takes you – and includes around-the-clock support. The insurance covers up to $200k per year – check out the Benefits-at-a-Glance for an overview of what is covered, including:
- Emergency medical treatment (hospital admissions, surgeries, outpatient medical care and ambulance service)
- Prescription drugs
- Dental emergencies
- Medical evacuations
Get Started
Start by printing your Cigna Health MBA ID Card. The use this Cigna Envoy Registration Guide or follow the steps below to register and navigate the portal prior to traveling:
- Visit Cigna Envoy
- Select International Travelers: Medical Benefits Abroad (MBA) Plan
- Log in with the User ID: 02897BMBA and Password: Cigna1
- Print the Certificate of Insurance or once you’re registered and logged in at Cigna Envoy. You can also refer to the Cigna Health Policy and Endorsement as needed.
At Cigna Envoy, you can also research exchange rates, security alerts, voltage, and immunization requirements for more than 200 countries, locate and choose a doctor or hospital in advance of needing care, access information about your coverage, speak to customer service.
To file a claim, simply go to customer.cignaenvoy.com/traveler or use the Cigna Envoy Registration Guide and follow the steps outlined on Page 2. You’ll need to provide diagnosis/symptoms, travel dates, preferred payment method, details of where and to whom payment should be sent to, including banking information, scanned copies of all invoices and other relevant documents. To ensure your claims are filed timely, make sure forms are completed and signed and you have provided all required documentation.
Travel Guard Global Assistance Services
Travel Guard Global Assistance Service, offered by AIG, provides business travel accident coverage services if you encounter any mishaps or emergencies during your trip, including security issues or lost luggage. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and includes assistance with:

- Travel
- Concierge
- Website Security

International SOS Travel Protection
