FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS

TTEC offers a flexible work hours policy in which employees can be allowed to set their own forty (40) hour work week schedules between the hours of 7:00-19:00.

 

ADDITIONAL ANNUAL LEAVE AT TTEC

After one year of service, you are entitled to have one additional day of annual leave. The maximum number of extra days granted is five (5).

 

EYE CARE REIMBURSEMENT

TTEC employees in Poland who perform their daily responsibilities using a computer screen and who are ordered by a recognized eye care practitioner or medical doctor to perform computer work with the help of spectacles can be eligible for reimbursement of the costs of corrective lenses.

 

RELOCATION ALLOWANCE

New Hires leaving their home or current residence countries can apply for a Relocation Allowance within the first month of work to help with rent costs.

 

ANNIVERSARY BONUS

Starting from your 2nd anniversary of joining TTEC, you will be eligible to receive a bonus each year, if you meet certain criteria.
