Medical (HMO)
TTEC offers a private HMO plan with PhilCare. The plan covers preventive care, inpatient and outpatient care, emergency care, dental, and annual checkups. Inpatient and outpatient services are subject to copayments (a set amount that you pay when you receive medical care). Details regarding the plan and copayments are available here.
To cover dependents under the Company HMO or Voluntary Dependent plan, employees must visit Oracle Self-Service and designate dependents within 45 days from the date of hire. If enrolling dependents under the Company sponsored HMO, eligible dependent documentation must also be submitted to HXconnect within 45 days from the date of hire.
Eligibility: Eligible upon 61st day of employment. Eligible dependents include same and opposite-gender domestic partners. For Directors and above level, eligibility for HMO coverage is on day 1 of hire.
Employee Cost: Employee coverage is 100% paid for by TTEC. For the first 3 eligible dependents, TTEC pays a portion of the premium.
Voluntary Dependent Plan (HMO)
This plan is available for employees who wish to cover their parent and/or over-aged, single, and unemployed siblings/children in HMO coverage. Plan coverage is the same as coverage provided to rank-and-file employees on the Company HMO. Prepaid voluntary coverage is also available for specific dependents coverage at a discounted rate. Dental, Optical, and Medical (MOD) Fund
Php4,000 for full-time employees/Php2,000 for part-time employees annually. New hires receive the benefit on a pro-rated basis, funded quarterly. After 1 year of service, employees are considered tenured under the plan and receive the full benefit in quarter one of each year. Employees can also earn an additional Php1000 by participating in select Wellness Incentive activities. Click here for more information.

Life Insurance
Employee coverage for natural causes and accidental causes. Plan through Manulife. PhilPlans (under Philcare agreement) also covers death benefits on top of Manulife. It covers the Accidental Death and Dismemberment and with Terminal Illness rider. Click here for more information.

Disability

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Leave accruals based on tenure with the company.
During 1st Year – 20 Days
1.01 – 2 Years – 22 Days
2.01 – 4 Years – 24 Days
4.01 – 7 Years – 26 Days
Completion of 7 Years – 27 Days
Eligibility: Accrual from commencement date but eligibility for utilization is upon 91st day of employment

Paid Time Off (PTO) Annual Conversion
Maximum 40 hours PTO or 5 days is convertible to cash for employees with 1 year tenure as of December 31.
Eligibility: After one year of tenure with the company

Paternity Leave
7 days of the first 4 deliveries of legal spouse to be consumed non-consecutively, in the next 60 days after the delivery.
Eligibility: Commencement date. Male employees only.
Employee Cost: 100% paid for by Company
Solo Parent Leave
The benefit is up to 7 days of paid leave per year on top of PTO. Valid Solo parent ID must be provided.
Eligibility: After six months of tenure with the company

Tuition Reimbursement
Php16,000 for G&A employees and Php8,000 for associates upon successful completion of relevant and approved courses. Click here for more information.

Rice Subsidy
Php500, Php1,000, and Php1,500 – dependent on account or employee type. G&A follows the tiered allocation vesting on the 6th, 12th, and 18th month.

Meal Allowance
Php1,000 for agents. The amount for G&A is dependent on position, title, or level.

Laundry and Clothing Allowance
Monthly amounts of Php 250 for laundry allowance and Php250 for clothing allowance are non-taxable upon regularization.

13th Month Pay
Employee to receive a full month’s pay if the employee works January through December of a calendar year. If an employee works less than a full year, pay will be pro-rated. Paid every July and November (1/2 and 1/2 allocation)
Eligibility: Work through December of the current year.

Night Differential
TTEC provides for at least a 20% ND rate for those non-exempt employees and/or those eligible to ND pay.
Eligibility: Work done between 10pm – 6am
Employee Cost: 100% paid for by Company
Overtime Pay
Additional 25% on the hourly rate for every hour of overtime (OT) for non-exempt employees and/or eligible to OT pay.
Eligibility: Work beyond 8 hours

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Your Employee Assistance Program gives you and your family access to free and confidential counseling to help you with personal, legal, and financial matters. Maternity Coverage under Company HMO
Php10,000 per year in coverage for childbirth (natural and c-section) and miscarriage. The benefit applies to one claim per year.
HMO also covers prenatal checkups, postnatal checkups, and diagnostic tests.
Eligibility: Eligible upon 61st day of employment for female employees and female spouses. For Directors and above level, eligibility for HMO coverage is on day 1 of hire.

Maternity Subsidy
Normal delivery is Php10,000, Caesarean delivery Php15,000, and Miscarriage Php7,500 up to the first 4 deliveries. Paid after submitting the SSS Maternity Benefit required documents.

Maternity Leave
105 days per pregnancy – normal or caesarian delivery and 60 days for miscarriage.
Eligibility: Commencement date. Female employees only.
Employee Cost: Female employees are to be paid by Social Security System (SSS)
Social Security System (SSS) Maternity Claim
A female employee has paid at least three (3) monthly contributions within the 12-month period immediately preceding the semester of her childbirth or miscarriage. A female employee has given the required notification of her pregnancy through her employer.
The maternity benefit is equivalent to 100 % of the member’s average daily salary credit (ADSC) multiplied by 105 days for normal or caesarian delivery and 60 days for miscarriage.
Eligibility: Eligibility is based on the total number of contributions for female employees.
Employee Cost: Employee – Employer share via salary deduction as mandated by law.
