COMPENSATION
- Base Pay: Your base pay is targeted to be competitive to the market rate. It may be raised through merit increases based on performance, or increases reflective of new skills and responsibilities acquired.
- Bonus Program: To drive a culture of ownership and support our pay for performance philosophy, we reward top performers who are contributing to the success of our company. Rewards include a variety of bonus programs aligned by position.
HEALTH & WELLBEING BENEFITS
- Medical Insurance: We offer coverage through one of the Ireland’s leading medical insurance providers. The company pays 100% of the premium for employees and employees have the options to add dependents at an additional cost.
- Eye Care Reimbursement: If you have an annual Vision exam, you can receive a reimbursement for the exam and a reimbursement for one pair of frames, lenses or contacts.
- Bike to Work / Travel Scheme: Using a tax free salary sacrifice arrangement, you can obtain a bike or transit pass, meaning you can save up to 30% of the retail price. Available once you have successfully completed your probationary period.
FINANCIAL AND INCOME PROTECTION BENEFITS
Set yourself up for success for retirement, and protect yourself and your family in the instance that something happens to you. The following benefits are available to employees and their dependents, some of which are covered 100% by the company.
- Life Insurance: Get covered as soon as you start working with life insurance. Benefits are paid for 100% by TTEC
- Pension Scheme: This benefit requires employees to contribute a minimum of 3%. The company will provide a 3% matching contribution. All new employees are automatically enrolled in the program
- Group Income Protection: coverage provides both financial and practical support to you if you’re absent from work due to long-term illness or injury.
LEAVE
- Paid Time Off (PTO): employees are entitled to 20 working days paid holiday each holiday year.
- Leave of Absence: A leave of absence is available so you may care for a seriously ill family member, bereavement and similar situations.
- Holidays: The company currently observes nine official public holidays as follows: 1st January, St Patricks Day, Easter Monday, First Monday in May, First Monday in June, First Monday in August, Last Monday in October, Christmas Day, and St Stephens Day.
- End of Year Break: Here at the company, we all know that our work never truly ends unless someone tells us otherwise. That’s why we’ve started a new tradition for many of our employees around the world – the End of Year Break (EOYB). This “prescribed rest period” takes place the week between Christmas and New Year’s. The EOYB requires employees to use their vacation time to cover the related time off.
